My dad raced motocross from the age of 18, so he bought me a Yamaha pw 50 when I was around 4 years old. I grew up racing off-road with my dad. We followed the GNCC series for years, My dad raced Vet A and Sr A classes as I made my way up through the 250 A class. I won the 250 class in 2003 and turned Pro after that. In 2007 I found the Endurocross series and really liked the new challenge. I joined the JG Off Road GEICO team and rode for them for several years. Now after several years away from racing I have a son of my own. Naturally we bought him a Stacyc at age 3 and now he’s hooked just like I was. I enjoy sharing with him the knowledge that a life of racing has given me. It’s nice to be back at the track with no pressure and just enjoying the fun of riding a dirt bike.
